Maai Designs started when I helped my fiancée's family business — Best Cleaners, a Korean-owned dry cleaner that's been serving Savannah for over 110 years — build their online presence. I saw firsthand what small business owners actually need versus what agencies try to sell them.

That experience became the model. One operator, modern tools, no overhead. Agency-quality work at a price that makes sense — because there's no office lease, no account managers, no five-person team billing by the hour.

I started in Savannah, but the model works everywhere. A cleaner in Dallas has the same problems as a cleaner in Savannah. A church in Atlanta needs the same things as a church in Charlotte. We work with business owners and organizations of all types, all over the country.

The Setup

Two Mac Minis run MOCO — the automation infrastructure — around the clock. A MacBook Pro handles design, development, and client strategy work. No servers rented, no cloud bills bloating overhead. Everything runs in-house.

Content pipelines, quality scoring, social scheduling, SEO monitoring, client reporting — all running autonomously. The technology isn't the point. The point is that your business gets consistent, high-quality marketing without paying for the overhead that usually comes with it.

The Tools

  • MOCO — proprietary content and SEO automation
  • Claude AI — content generation and quality review
